UNA have recently submitted a detailed planning application for a mixed use development in the heart of the Conservation Area in Cheadle Village, Greater Manchester.

The project proposals include the refurbishment of an 1890’s former timber workshop structure, the construction of a new bespoke residence, and the careful modification and extension of existing funeral care facilities.

New and old structures are gathered around a landscaped courtyard accessed via a ‘green arch’ facing the Grade 1 listed St Mary’s Church.
