The Coach House

Currently under construction, UNA secured planning approval in July 2020 for this new build residence in Sale, Manchester.

The structure replaces a former coach house that had fallen into disrepair. The project includes double height living spaces internally, with a combination of pale and dark brickwork externally. Contemporary detailing has been applied to this classic vernacular form.

Completion is due in early 2021.
